Chef Richards

Chef Richards is a local chef with over a decade of experience working in the most demanding Parisian kitchens. Taking several apprenticeships in French kitchens, he worked himself up to working under the 1 star Michelin chef Sébastien Sanjou. Over the years he has honed his own unique tastes. He has now returned to his home town to share his take on comfort food with his local community.

Our restaurant is known for our selection of quiches, stuffed with fresh seasonal ingredients, and peppered with fresh herbs. For those more adventurous, ask for the spicy version to add a kick to your meal.

"The service was very brilliant, our waiter was very friendly and helped us pick our food. We went for the pain fried salmon which came with a thick sauce which was a mix of soy sauce, dill. For desert we had a sticky toffee pudding with ice-cream which went down a treat. We loved our visit and will be back soon!"
